International Congress of Dermatology 2009 Scholarship
150 Scholarships will be offered (sponsored by the ISD, SIDeMast, and CZADV)
The “ICD 2009 Scholarship” includes:
a) $1,000 USD travel grant
b) free registration
c) first priority for low-cost accommodations (includes breakfast)
d) use of the hospitality suite at the Congress Centre
Applications should be send via fax to the Congress Organizer between May 2007 and October 2008. Please print the form, fill it in and send it by fax to the Congress secretariat: +420 284 687 544.
Applicants must be residents or fellows in dermatology training programs or fully-trained dermatologists; preference will be given to physicians:
1) from emerging countries,
2) who are less than 40 years of age (exceptions can be made), and
3) have financial constraints.
In addition to completing the electronic application form, a letter of support from the respective training program or regional society should be submitted to the ICD website.
