Responsibilities
* Assists technical team within Microsoft framework (ASP/SQL)
* Hand-codes HTML within custom content management system

Requirements
* One prior internship or past work in the technology industry
* Completed or pursuing undergraduate degree in IT or web-related field
* Strong computer skills, particularly in ASP and XML
* Familiarity with XML, XSL, ASP, SQL, JS, Perl, or AJAX a plus

Architectural Design Internship

The Architectural Design Internship provides a learning experience for architectural students who have completed four years of schooling toward a bachelor or master of architecture degree. This annual program begins in May or early June, depending on candidate availability, and lasts approximately 10 weeks.

During the program, interns have the opportunity to assist with programming/planning, development of key sheets, schematic design, and construction document production under the supervision of licensed architects with various organizational roles. Internships in the IT Division- Federal Reserve Board

The Division of Information Technology (IT) provides a broad range of automation, telecommunications, and statistical services to the Board. College students who have completed their sophomore, junior, or senior years and who are majoring in computer science, economics, business administration, finance, or a related discipline are encouraged to apply for summer internships. Voice of America Internship Information

General Information
Location: Washington, D.C.
Eligibility: Current enrollment at an accredited college or university, though exceptions are occasionally made for outstanding high-school students
Deadline: Rolling (6-12 weeks before desired start date)
Compensation: Voluntary and unpaid (though a transportation stipend is provided)
Credit: College credit is available, depending on student’s school
Fields: Engineering, Journalism, Language Broadcasts, Public Affairs, Special English, TV Technical Studio Operations, and TV to Africa
Benefits: Provides “real world” experience in a diverse and dyamic international broadcast organization
